Zentangle Weekly Challenge #45: New Tangle Punzel

This week, the Diva’s challenge is to use Zentangle’s newest tangle, Punzel, that we learned at the CZT seminar. Luckily, I’ve been practicing it since then (and, for me, it required a lot of practice), so I was able to have it work out, for the most part. I enjoyed mixing it up with the tangle Pendrils and connecting the two.
I appreciate the weekly challenges and looking at everyone’s variations. They are all so creative. Check out the Diva’s blog if you haven’t already.

Love the combination of Pendrills and Punzel. Very nice design.

Love the Punzel mixed with the Pendrills…very open and airy feel to this tangle!

I think your punzel looks great and to combine it with pendrills was a great idea. I liked punzel though I still have trouble with pendrills – those little connecty parts just never look right on mine. Very nice work.

Wow, this looks great – especially since you’ve used two patterns that I have trouble with! I am consumed with envy . . . must go try, try again. Thanks for the inspiration and congrats on lining up classes at the community art center – again consumed with envy!
